Why you should choose us

We are committed to delivering outstanding services to both our clients and patients by ensuring that we provide skilled staff. Our core business philosophy is to be the very best at the lowest possible cost to you without compromising our values. The categories of service users to whom we provide services are:

Physical disabilities

We provide a full range of care services for people living with physical and learning disabilities.

Individuals looking after a person with a degenerative disease such as MS or Parkinson’s, or a physical disability which can be experienced without warning such as a stroke, can be very physically and emotionally demanding on both the individual and close family members.

Mental Health

Mental health illness can cause individuals’ complete, or partial dysfunction within their daily lives; they may have trouble managing their medications, get into debt, become more reclusive and withdrawn, personal hygiene and appearance may suffer, and many other reasons that may also prevent social engagement, further reducing self-esteem.

We do help with the day-to-day things that may have become more difficult, such as Support, friendship and emotional encouragement, Help with washing and personal appearance, Medication management etc

Dementia

Caring for a loved one with dementia poses many challenges for families and caregivers. People with dementia conditions such as Alzheimer’s and related diseases have a progressive biological brain disorder that makes it more and more difficult for them to remember things,  communicate with others and take care of themselves. In addition, dementia can cause mood swings and even change a person’s personality and behaviour. At Palm Love,  our staff are well trained on practical strategies for dealing with the troubling behaviour problems and communication difficulties often encountered when caring for a person with dementia.

Learning Disabilities

Palm Love provides a flexible range of personal care options across the UK for those with learning disabilities including autism, Asperger’s syndrome and challenging behaviours.

Our personal care options for those with learning difficulties can consist of different levels of personal care as required or assistance and care support in helping an individual to lead an independent life.

Personal care

We provide personal home care to help with the more intimate or personal daily routines which may have become more difficult

Our personal home care services support the elderly and frail, physically disabled, learning disabled, or those with mental health illness with personal daily routines at home that may be impossible to do alone, or have become more difficult.
